- 3
Optionally turn on line numbering and use {n} in the prefix, e.g. "{n}. ".
- 4
Copy the result.
Questions
- Can I add text to the end of each line too?
- Yes. Fill in the Suffix field and it is appended to every line, so you can wrap lines in quotes or add trailing commas.
- How do I number lines?
- Check "Number lines" and put {n} in the prefix or suffix, for example "{n}. ". Numbering starts at 1 unless you set a different start value.
- What happens to blank lines?
- With "Skip empty lines" on (the default), blank lines are left untouched so your spacing is preserved. Turn it off to prefix them too.
- Is my text sent anywhere?
- No. Everything is processed client-side in your browser; nothing is uploaded or stored.
