Questions

How is the meeting cost calculated?
Cost = attendees × average hourly cost × hours elapsed. It is an estimate meant to make the price of time visible, not an accounting figure.
How do I format the agenda?
Put one item per line with the minutes at the end, like Budget review - 15 or Intro, 5. Lines without a number default to 5 minutes.
What happens when the agenda runs out?
The current-item message switches to an over-time warning that shows how far past the planned agenda the meeting has run.
Is anything stored or uploaded?
No. The timer, agenda, and cost figures stay in your browser and disappear when you close the page.
