For each day, Monday through Sunday, add 3 to 5 tasks.

  3. 3

Optionally link a daily task to one of the weekly tasks using the tag dropdown (W1, W2, …) — linked tasks are color-coded to match.

  4. 4

Click a task's status pill to cycle it through To Do, In Progress, and Done.

  5. 5

Use Prev / Today / Next to move between weeks — every week you visit is saved separately.

  6. 6

Click Download PDF to export the current week as a printable file.

Questions

Where is my data stored?
Entirely in your browser's local storage, under one key for this tool. Nothing is uploaded or sent to a server — clearing your browser data will erase it, and it won't sync across devices.
Why only 3 tasks for the week?
Picking a small number of weekly priorities (a common productivity technique) keeps focus on what actually matters, instead of a sprawling backlog. You can extend to up to 5 if three isn't enough some weeks.
What does linking a daily task to a weekly task do?
It's a visual connection only — linked daily tasks show a colored tag (W1, W2, …) matching the weekly task they support, so you can see at a glance which days are actually moving a weekly goal forward versus handling unrelated work.
Can I plan future or past weeks?
Yes. Use Prev / Next to navigate to any week — each week keeps its own independent set of weekly and daily tasks, and Today jumps back to the current week.
What's in the PDF export?
A snapshot of the currently viewed week: the weekly tasks with their status, followed by each day's tasks with status and (if linked) which weekly task they support.
Does the week start on Monday or Sunday?
Monday through Sunday.
What does the 🍅 button on a daily task do?
It links a Pomodoro focus timer to that task and starts it. A small floating timer follows you around the site while it runs, and clicking the button again pauses or resumes it. Head to the Pomodoro Timer tool for the full timer, presets, and settings.
